Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data management principles and hands-on experience with the Salesforce Data Cloud platform. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions that leverage customer data to drive personalized experiences and business insights.

Job Requirements :

• Proven hands-on experience (3+ years) in Salesforce development , with a specific focus on Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).
• Experience with data ingestion, data transformation, data modeling, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Demonstrable experience in managing the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and/or similar CDP platforms .
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and handling large datasets .
• Experience with integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with other Salesforce clouds ( e.g., Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external systems using APIs, web services, or middleware tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments is often a plus.

MUST HAVES:

• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security principles .
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL required.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) preferred .
• Knowledge of JSON data structure .
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Familiarity with web and mobile app event tracking.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality management, consent management, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and roles.
• Familiarity with Einstein Studio.
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, or architect-level certifications can be advantageous.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques (e.g., audience targeting, retargeting, attribution modeling) preferred.
• Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms preferred.
• Understanding of AI-driven analytics and its application within Data Cloud preferred
