Job Summary The Solution Specialist proactively drives revenue and profit within a designated sales segment or region, focusing on specific brands and product sets. This role collaborates with CDW Account Managers, sales leadership, and partners to identify and win white space opportunities, bringing market knowledge and insights to secure new business for CDW and the assigned brand. What You'll Do Become a subject matter expert on the partner’s products, programs, and go-to-market strategies; communicate these effectively to CDW sales teams. Assist with field alignment and account mapping within the territory. Participate in customer events and conference calls to showcase CDW and partner value. Facilitate training on partner products, services, and programs. Support messaging and promotions aligned with customer needs. Develop and execute quarterly sales plans. Complete monthly scorecards on sales engagement, pipeline, and market trends. Build relationships between partner sales teams, CDW sales, and leadership. Act as a liaison to improve product, program, and partner alignment. Analyze market trends and communicate wins and challenges. Understand the competitive landscape and market conditions. Maintain knowledge of CDW services and account management processes. Provide regular reports on progress and performance. Represent the brand in meetings, discussing performance and initiatives. Report on brand and industry performance, trends, and market share. Success Metrics Meet or exceed revenue expectations for the partner and region. Receive positive feedback from sales channels. Achieve margin and bid pricing goals. Obtain necessary certifications. Travel as needed and participate in special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years sales/marketing experience, OR 6 years' experience in sales/marketing, OR 4 years CDW PPM experience + 2 years sales/marketing. Preferred Skills Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and analyze business data. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Additional Information Salary range: $55,000 - $78,600 + 10% annual bonus. Benefits info: . Travel may be required.
