Position: Okta Security Engineer Locations: Huntsville, AL 35898; Arlington, VA; San Antonio, TX; Hanscom AFB, MA; Wright Patterson AFB, OH Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen, Current Security Clearance, Interim Secret, Secret Job Type: Full Time W2 (no C2C or 1099 permitted) Relocation: Relo support considered for candidates outside the commuting area Overview We are recruiting multiple Okta Engineer openings at junior and senior levels to support program growth. These positions involve providing security engineering and access control support for a DoD program, with experience in ICAM and Okta technologies preferred. Responsibilities Support system architecture and security within an Agile, cyber, and cloud environment. Design and improve services, focusing on Okta and SailPoint tools, including requirements gathering, workflows, and rule development. Perform installation, configuration, and customization of provisioning and governance tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to enhance program capabilities. Hands-on administration, design, and development for ICAM capabilities. Utilize TIBA technology to expand Okta's capabilities. Implement IGA solutions and contribute to enterprise architecture design. Create reports and support cybersecurity initiatives, including managing source codes and documentation. Support on-site hybrid schedule and other duties as needed. Qualifications U.S. citizenship Current Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Security+ certification (DOD 8570 IAT Level II compliance) 3-12 years of related experience with ICAM security architecture and solutions Experience with Okta, SailPoint, TIBA, Zero Trust architectures, and troubleshooting ICAM services Development skills in Java, .NET, C#, and scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Python Strong communication skills and ability to work with government and contractor teams Preferred Experience Experience with CloudOne, NIST 800, FedRAMP, FISMA standards Networking experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper Familiarity with Agile methodologies Tallon Recruiting and Staffing is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tallon Recruiting & Staffing
