We are seeking a skilled nCino Salesforce Developer to join our team in a hybrid setup based in New York City. You will play a key role in moderately complex initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to large-scale planning and software deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful Salesforce and nCino development projects within the financial services domain.
Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering .
Review and analyze Software Engineering challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to issue resolution and collaborate with peers to meet deliverables while adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Work closely with client personnel to consult on technical solutions and deliverables.
Drive the design, development, and communication for nCino solutions.
Deliver high-quality Salesforce and nCino code and configurations based on business needs.
Hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
Hands-on nCino Development experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Salesforce Certifications (such as Platform Developer I & II preferred).
Any nCino Certifications are strong pluses.
Solid experience with design and development on nCino platforms.
Prior experience working in Financial Services environments.
W2 Candidates only.
Must have a minimum of 12 months work authorization validity .
Candidates must be nearby to New York, NY to accommodate a Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
Financial Services client background is highly preferred.
