Junior Product Marketing Manager Location: NYC (Hybrid) What's this role all about? We are looking for a creative and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to join the CX marketing team on a short-term, six-week assignment with the possibility of extension . This hybrid role is based in our NYC office and requires someone who can start ASAP . In this role, you'll help shape the strategy of our innovative AI products with a focus on AI-powered employee augmentation, agentic AI solutions, and AI-powered self-service. A successful candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to extract key product details from Product stakeholders and translate that into compelling stories and innovative product marketing activities that help drive awareness, demand, and align our activities to achieve business goals. How will you make an impact? Create compelling messaging for our new products and expanded features, translating technical differentiators into strong positioning that drives demand Elevate thought leadership through blogs, webinars, roundtables, and other activities that promote our products to prospects and customers Partner with Product, other Marketing teams, and Sales Enablement to create content and train our teams to successfully champion our solutions Lead and collaborate on analyst reports, briefings, and market intelligence to communicate the value of our products and ensure the entire CX team has relevant intelligence to position our solutions and stay ahead of emerging trends Work alongside content, GTM, and demand teams to ensure our outbound activities highlight the most valuable aspects of our products Have you got what it takes? A marketing professional with 2+ years marketing experience in the tech industry Previous experience with product and/or marketing, preferably with experience interfacing directly with Product or R&D teams to translate capabilities into marketing messaging Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting High level of organization and the ability to be resourceful and self-directed Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize the most impactful and crucial work Proven examples of collaboration across different teams with a variety of projects and KPIs and the ability to work in a matrix environment and deliver successful results You will have an advantage if you also have: Previous experience working with products in the following fields: Customer Service, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, AI Products, or products of a similar nature Previous experience with B2B marketing or SaaS products What's in it for you?
