- Looking for an IT Support Engineer with solid experience working/supporting a Google Workspace environment, who also has experience supporting Okta and Atlassian tools such as Jira.*
- REMOTE role with potential travel to locations across the US

Experience Supporting Google Workspace
Working and troubleshooting Okta
Atlassian Suite such as JIRA and Confluence
Experience with Cisco WebEx and implementing/engineering Cisco AV / VOIP products into a company's environment
*Job Description*
The IT specialist provides support for IT departments and end users, ensuring that computer hardware, software, and networks work consistently and correctly. This includes system administration, computer setup/configuration, diagnosing issues, installing and upgrading systems, and troubleshooting IT equipment and software. The role works closely within the IT team on projects, software and process deployments, and new enterprise system implementations.
*Job Responsibilities*
Provide Tier 1/2 support, including account provisioning, triaging hardware and software issues, and fixing broken equipment.
Assess servers and network issues at the site, especially during outages.
Prioritize incident response and service requests, resolving end-user software and hardware issues through the service desk.
Navigate issues to their support teams and coach team members through remote support channels.
Ensure compliance with IT and security procedures, and maintain support knowledge bases to increase enterprise tech efficacy.
Collaborate with IT team members for troubleshooting and escalation related to network, hardware, software, telecommunications, and security issues.
Participate in IT initiatives, supporting customer technology standards, policies, and procedures.
Proactively identify and resolve problems to prevent negative impacts on users and the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
*Qualifications*
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communication, Education, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of helpdesk experience.
Familiarity with desktop and mobile operating systems, online productivity tools, and network configuration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work under pressure.
Strong background in computer operations and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
*Preferred Qualifications*
Experience in a clinical setting or healthcare IT.
Experience administering Atlassian, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Google Workspace, Okta, Workspace One, Kandji.
