- Looking for an IT Support Engineer with solid experience working/supporting a Google Workspace environment, who also has experience supporting Okta and Atlassian tools such as Jira.*
- This is a REMOTE role with potential travel to locations across the US.*

Experience with Cisco WebEx and implementing/engineering Cisco AV / VOIP products into a company's environment
Job Description The IT specialist provides support for IT departments and end users, ensuring that computer hardware, software, and networks work consistently and correctly. This includes system administration, computer setup/configuration, diagnosing issues, installing and upgrading systems, and troubleshooting IT equipment and software. The role works closely within the IT team on projects, software/process deployments, and enterprise system implementations.
Job Responsibilities Support Tier 1/2 areas, including account provisioning, triaging hardware and network issues, and fixing broken equipment.
Prioritize incident response and service requests, resolving end-user software and hardware issues via service desk best practices.
Coordinate with support teams to resolve issues related to network performance, hardware, software, telecommunications, and security.
Assist in troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.
Develop and maintain support knowledge bases and deliver self-serve solutions.
Work collaboratively with IT team members on initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Proactively identify and resolve problems to prevent negative impacts on users.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communication, Education, or related field.
Minimum 3 years helpdesk experience.
Familiarity with desktop and mobile operating systems, online productivity tools, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong background in computer operations and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a clinical setting or Healthcare IT.
Experience administering Atlassian, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Google Workspace, Okta, Workspace One, Kandji.
Pay and Benefits The pay range is $35.00 - $52.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, PTO, and more, subject to eligibility and plan specifics.
Workplace Type This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ.
