IT Support Engineer W/ Google Workspace, JIRA, Okta, Cisco Webex Looking for an IT Support Engineer with solid experience working/supporting a Google Workspace environment, who also has experience supporting Okta and Atlassian tools such as Jira. REMOTE role with potential travel to locations across the US MUST HAVE / Required Qualifications Experience Supporting Google Workspace Working and troubleshooting Okta Atlassian Suite such as JIRA and Confluence Experience with Cisco WebEx. Experience implementing/engineering Cisco AV / VOIP products into a company's environment Job Description The IT specialist provides support for IT departments and end users ensuring that computer hardware, software, and networks work consistently and correctly. This includes processes such as system administration, computer setup/configuration, diagnosing computer issues (hardware/software), installing and upgrading systems (hardware/software), and troubleshooting IT equipment and software. The role works closely within the IT Team on all projects, software/process deployments, and new enterprise system implementations. Job Responsibilities Provide Tier 1/2 support, including account provisioning, triaging hardware and software issues, and fixing broken equipment. Assess server and network issues, especially when network is down at a site. Prioritize incident response and service requests, resolving end-user software and hardware issues via service desk. Navigate issues to support teams or support solutions. Coach team members through remote support channels. Ensure IT and Security procedures are followed with high quality standards. Create and maintain support knowledge bases to increase enterprise tech efficacy. Collaborate with IT team colleagues to troubleshoot and escalate network, hardware, software, telecommunication, and security issues. Participate in IT initiatives, supporting company technology standards, policies, and procedures. Proactively identify and resolve problems before they impact users. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Communication, Education, or related field. Minimum 3 years of helpdesk-related experience. Familiarity with desktop (ChromeOS, macOS, Windows) and mobile (iOS, Android) operating systems. Experience with online productivity tools (Google Apps, Adobe, Atlassian, Microsoft, etc.). Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting ISP performance issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work under pressure. Background in computer operations and troubleshooting IT functions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a clinical setting or with Healthcare IT. Experience administering Atlassian, Jira Service Management, Confluence. Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Workspace One, Kandji. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $35.00 - $52.00/hr.
