This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in person at their designated approved HQ location at least two (2) days per week and as needed/required. Beginning July 1, 2025, all DGS employees will be required to work in office at their assigned HQ location four (4) days per week and as needed/required in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25. Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I, who serves as the Statewide ln-Plant Operations Manager, the InPlant Operations Analyst in the Administration unit at the Office of State Publishing (OSP) is responsible for performing a variety of more complex analytical and project functions essential to the statewide in-plant printing operations program in accordance with the State Administrative Manual (SAM) and all applicable state laws and regulations.
This position may be downgraded to Staff Services Analyst for recruitment purposes. If downgraded, duties will be adjusted accordingly.This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
