Catholic Central High School, a college-preparatory high school committed to the formation of the whole person through faith, academics, athletics, and service, is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Girls Basketball Coach for the Winter 2025 season.
The Head Coach will lead our female student-athletes in a program that emphasizes personal growth, teamwork, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence in alignment with the school’s Catholic mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead all practices, meets, and team events.
Foster a positive, faith-filled, and disciplined team culture rooted in Catholic values.
Provide instruction and development in physical training, race strategy, and mental preparation.
Collaborate with assistant coaches and athletic staff to support student-athlete success.
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
Ensure compliance with school, league, and WIAA (or applicable governing body) regulations.
Serve as a role model and mentor to student-athletes on and off the course.
