The Lineworker Entry Program
This collaborative effort between Georgia Power and BLOC Resources is designed to provide aspiring lineworkers with introductory training and skills necessary to enter the electric utility industry. This program aims to address the growing demand for talented individuals from the Atlanta metro area.At the end of the 6-week training period, candidates will be evaluated by Georgia Power. Georgia Power will select those individuals best prepared to continue into a full-time lineworker apprentice job.
