JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You must set a good example and adhere strictly to all policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining store standards, providing excellent customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and ensuring profitability.

ADVANCEMENT

Many team members started as delivery drivers and have advanced to become franchise owners or hold other managerial roles within the company. Opportunities for growth include moving from assistant manager to general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations manager.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas.
  • Prepare products.
  • Receive and process orders.
  • Take inventory and complete paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facilities regularly.

TRAINING

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Ability to understand and give written instructions correctly.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
  • Must be able to give correct change.
  • Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer or touch screen.
  • Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
  • Ability to navigate various terrains including multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying products.
