We’re looking for a highly skilled and strategic Email Marketing & CRM Platforms Coordinator to manage and execute CRM initiatives across platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, Go High Level, and HubSpot . This role involves overseeing marketing automation workflows, content creation, and campaign execution—from setup through performance analysis. The ideal candidate is both technically savvy and creatively strategic, with proven experience in customer lifecycle marketing.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute CRM strategies across Klaviyo, Salesforce, Go High Level, and HubSpot
• Create and implement strategic marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns
• Develop campaign content (messaging, copy, structure) to hand off to design teams
• Execute and optimize email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
• Set up and maintain CRM configurations, integrations, and pipelines
• Oversee data segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral targeting
• Analyze campaign performance and use insights to drive continuous improvements
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to align strategies and goals
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging and tone across all CRM touchpoints

💡 Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Klaviyo, Salesforce, Go High Level, and HubSpot
  
• Strong knowledge of automation strategy, campaign execution, and content creation
  
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and performance optimization
  
• Proficiency in CRM setup, workflows, reporting, and performance analysis
  
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and platforms simultaneously
  

🎯 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or service-driven industries
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customization
• Platform certifications (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Go High Level)
