Key Responsibilities
· Conduct structured consultations with individuals interested in career change or professional growth
· Introduce prospects to our digital programs and frameworks
· Use provided communication systems and onboarding tools
· Participate in team training and optional development sessions
· Support prospects with clarity, empathy, and professionalism throughout the engagement process
